Fry two foods at once
Nice value/price ratio. Frys hot, probably because of the thin container. There’s no lid to contain and keep frying medium. I am trying to come up with a wooden version with grooves for the basket handles, so it will fit tightly. I used peanut oil the first time and it did ok. Do not like using seed oils, as I might as well just buy fast food. I have ordered some lard and will be using it. Just need to find a container to store the used lard.
This cooker worked great
This cooker works great. But there were some missing parts but I made it work. And this was a great purchase, you won't be disappointed.

Well it’s not as big as I Thought !
We put this in our outdoor kitchen and used quite a lot. Great to have a fryer. The only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars was that it was hard to clean.
