Rug was a different shade then I expected, had a hole in it. Had no problem bringing to ups to return. Waiting for replacement.

Good rug /color not gray
Nice rug, very thick. Be aware if trying to match other gray things, color is not gray, it’s more sage/gray green.
No matting
This rug looks great in our living room and holds up well to high traffic. We have tried other rugs that are more cozy looking with a shag or high pile, but over time they get matted due to high traffic and look terrible. This rug is not showing the wear and tear or any matting and we have had it for about 2 years and it's still looking good!. I will say it sheds a lot though, and I have to vacuum more frequently, but other than that it's great!
