Would not buy again, nor recommend.

Looks and works fine - but it splatters even turned down to the lowest flow setting. You can see the puddle of water on the concrete patio in my picture. In 8 hours time it has to be refilled. Even added plastic lily pads to try and reduce the splatter no joy. Have another 3 tier rock stack like fountain for years now and it does not splatter and rarely needs refilling.

Beautiful but poor quality

Alpine has replaced this fountain twice. The first one the paint started peeling off within 5 months of use. The second, and now the third, one leaks.I've had other Alpine fountains that lasted several years before the finish started showing its age and didn't leak. Alpine customer service is awesome, but I cannot recommend this fountain.

Missing the Pump

Packaged came missing the pump dial and unable to run the fountain properly contacted the manufacturer and was sent a replacement right away. Thank you

The fountain is nicely made, looks and sounds great. The are only a couple reasons for a 4 star over a 5 star.

Love this fountain but spits a lot of water on our deck. Turned down once, will have to turn down again and see.

Love this fountain!

This fountain is beautiful! It looks more like columns than logs, as the color is more gray than it looked in pictures. It is perfect for my patio. It sounds amazing and looks perfect. I love it! It comes assembled so it’s really easy to simply attach the pump and fill it. I had some dealings with customer service and they were great!

Very Attractive

We purchased this fountain in Feb of 2022 and it has become the highlight of our entryway. In Sept the pump died and Alpine shipped us a new one for $15 shipping and handling. Later that month I noticed that ther appeared to be a crack in one of the spouts. I contacted Alpine again and they were wonderful. Agreeed that is was a defect and they would send me a new one, but they were actually out of stock. Checked every month with them and as soon as it was available they shipped us a new fountain NO CHARGE. We have had many compliments on this fountain and couldn't be happier with the response from Alpines Custome Service Department. Would recommend them to anyone.

Nice waterfall noise and perfect size!

The fountain was just what we are looking for to use on our seasonal deck up north. The waterfall noise is really relaxing and soothing. This fountain really adds enjoyment to our summertime evenings in the woods.

Missing parts

Most important parts were missing. The pump and the transformer. So now i have to jump thru hoops to get the manufacturer to send me missing parts. Even under best of circumstances it will probably be 2 to 4 weeks before I receive the missing parts. Never before has the power source and critical pump been missing when i ordered a fountain. Unsatifactory.

Modern round fountain

This looks great and we have received many compliments. We love hearing the sound of it running and it has added a lot to our outdoor flower garden.

Very pretty

I ordered this online and the box was pretty beat up when I got it, but everything seems to work properly and aesthetically, it looks very pretty.

Love my fountain

Beautiful fountain for a good price. Very easy to assemble. The lights are very pretty at night. I called Home Depot customer service for a question about the flow of water and their response was quick and easy to understand. I had the fountain for almost a year and love it. I am very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend it.

The water moves fast!

Love this fountain, I it blends well with our boho-ish patio decor! It’s substantial in size. The water sound is more than a trickle.., it’s more like a stream/river which we like. The lights are pretty bright... so we partially covered them with a rock, but so glad the lights are there... it adds a lot.

What I expected.

The fountain is easy to set up and use. It is a quiet creek.
