Device looks great, ended up it was not water resistant; water got inside the glass globe and froze shattering the glass globe & light bulb.

There is a flaw in the construction. Water gets into the globe. I know this because it froze and broke the globe. Would not recommend this even though it is rated for the outside

I really like the nautical look of this fixture. The size is great and really makes a statement on the front porch. It has gotten condensation on the inside of the glass, so that is the only drawback.

Good quality built light. Have not installed yet.
