Product received was damaged, made multiple calls for return. Still not received refund for assembly charges after more than two weeks. Will not buy from Wayfair again.

I’m just writing to complain again about the hardware. They don’t line up and then they bust because they are so cheap. I want to give this zero starts because I’m so angry!!!!!!!!!
Had a few issue with scratches but Wayfair is very customer oriented and took charge in making it right. They are not as sturdy as I had hoped but they look fantastic.
Nice Size and Very Sturdy
Great shelf, a little challenging to put together but I love it.
It’s beautiful and looks great on our stair landing. We have all our hats, gloves and scarves for winter in 12x12 baskets in each cubby. Assembly was easy with 2 people except guide holes to put back on were missing. We didn’t end up wanting back on in the end anyway.
Need instructions to put it together
The holes don’t line up and instructions are not specific making it frustrating, back of book shelve only works on the front. Beware before purchasing this. I hope to return asap.
Arrived late and really banged up. It is a present but we had to open it up to see if contents were damaged. Does not look like it but really won’t know until we put it together after Christmas
