Beautiful and great electric fireplace

I also glad I bought this and I definitely recommend it! It has a beautiful fire but also heats well. It has not had any issues

this mantle was a lot lower than I expected, I thought it was taller than it Is, I would love to have the same style but a higher height

Damaged-But Good

Arrived damaged. Top front corner was damaged. It’s not huge but still disappointing. The fireplace was definitely not a cheap one. Everything else was in good shape and exactly as described. Unfortunately we needed the item immediately so we chose to keep it as is.

Great quality and thorough building instructions

The item looks great and as described. The instructions for putting it together was thorough and clear, easy to follow. My only issue was one of the front corners came dinged, but that's more of a shipping issue. Overall, I love the item and it looks great in my living room.

Great Fireplace

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for our daughters home. It was easy to assemble, looks great, and provides a lot of heat.

looks nice, but manufacturer is a bit sloppy

This is a very nice looking fireplace, exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, there were a few manufacturers defects that I had to fix in order to get this assembled. First, some of the predrilled holes for the screws were too large, and I had to improvise with toothpicks and glue to get the screws to tighten. Second, some of the pieces were assembled at the factory upside-down making "proper" assembly impossible, so again I had to improvise. Lastly, it is at least partly mdf board with a walnut veneer, which will most likely wear quickly over time or bubble if liquid is allowed to sit on it. I expect to have to put new wood grain contact paper (or just make a new wood top) within a few years. It is not HIGH quality, but because I am handy it will fit our needs well. Less

The main base came cracked. 😞 It was easy to assemble.

Takes about an hour to two to assemble

The overall outlook of this fireplace is very nice and elegent.
