I got the red and now I realize that will work Xmas, Mem day, july 4, labor day. great I run the lights on twinkle, which I expected to run on steady.

Return

Be careful if you order these you are on the hook for the cost of return as they aren’t covered in the QVC return policy. I bought them for a Christmas gift and feel they are not worth the money. Just stuck some lights in a vase that is not anything special. Guess I’ll see what my cost is to return if too much might have to just keep them.

Missing part

I received these hurricanes today and they are nice but one of the two came without the fairy lights. I contacted QVC and they told me to send them back. I don't want to send them back for fear of my color being out of stock and it is a pain. They will not send me a simple fairy light so I am done with QVC since it is their error.

Fairy Lights Do Not Match

Bought a set of black and a set of orange to mix together for Halloween. However the lights in the orange are bright white and the lights in the black are yellow. Not white so they do not match and look odd when placed together. Very disappointed.

Disappointing Product, Awful Return Process

I bought 4 sets of these lamps for gifts. based on the reviews and what I saw on tv. Wow. Guess I have very different taste than most, and my tv must be defective. These lamps look cheap, like what I would find at a discount store. Be aware; YOU CANNOT RETURN THESE WITHOUT CALLING QVC and then waiting for return labels! Why? Who knows? So now I get the supreme hassle and expense of returning all sets. Not what I would call customer-freindly.

Larger than expected and beautiful!

Very beautiful and lovely addition to my year-round decor. The timers make using them very convenient and they are larger than expected. Great purchase!

Mail Theft

After not receiving this order I called QVC customer Service & they advised in route. Then she looked further and advised this item was delivered to post office in an empty box. Not sure what happened, but if I had not called I would not have known item lost. I did get a full refund but the color orange was sold out. Disappointed! Is Christmas In July items to rushed with packaging & sending out?

Beautiful Fall Orange

I ordered this set in orange. They are heavy, the glass is thick, and the quality is excellent. I have one of them on a shelf on my tv stand and it is so pretty when lit. I just wish there was an option to purchase only 1. I don't have anywhere to put the second one so it's still in the box. Valerie has some beautiful hurricanes but unfortunately they are mostly sets of 2 or 3.

Stunning Glass Hurricanes!

I have purchased these sets of 2 Mercury Glass Hurricanes in 4 colors- Orange, Midnight, Red and Silver- and they are just stunning! They are color saturated, top quality Ribbed Glass and perfect illumination. They are beautiful not lit but when you put the lights on, they are stunning! I have the Orange Hurricanes displayed on the 7 1/2" pedestals with the Harvest Multi faceted bead candle rings. Thank you Valerie!

I’m sure this is a lovely display and was so looking forward to receiving it as it was a birthday present to myself. Order was never delivered by the carrier even to this day, so guess I will never know.
