[Rewarded Review] Needs smoother finish

i like the design and the sizes but the finishing quality is terrible. there are rough bamboo edges on each tray on all sides.

I had been looking for a tray for my perfumes and beauty moisturizers. When I saw this bamboo set I knew it would be the right one. I'm very happy with them.

Bad packaging to ship

packaging is pretty bad, they put this in an envelope to ship and it got damaged on both of the top handle, cracked on the bottom. Need to return.

I never received bamboo trays, was I charged?
