Wrong all the way around

Took forever to get .and I wanted the heavy duty cover .the store people told me it was and it is not.the green is 24 oz . They said for waiting so long they would take off shipping that was 350 dollars they only took off 150 which I’m trying to straighten out now and I want the heavy duty cover . The store workers and managers workers know absolutely nothing about it just to say it was heavy duty cover they won’t call to find out .the instructions are for a 28x20x20 so I think I got the right frame but not the right cover in Maine that cover won’t last . I am extremely disappointed cause I can’t get anyone at store that knows anything to figure it out . It’s a lot of work for not having the right cover . I unboxed everything to organize pieces and now I put one rib together and the nuts and bolts don’t come back apart without cutting it I’m tempted to bring it back if they don’t figure something out soon been along time with all my stuff uncovered very displeased .

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!

We have been using another shelterlogic car shelter (ShelterLogic Heavy Duty Peak Style Auto Shelter w/Metal Frame, 10 x 15 x 8-ft) for 8 years with few complaints. It has held up well over many winters. As a result we decided to invest in the Garage-in-a-box as temporary storage durning a renovation project. The result was incredibly dissapointing-- in fact it was a real disaster!

Home Depot lists wrong size

We ordered the 20x28 version of this shelter, but received a 12x28. After double-checking the model number and the Shelterlogic Web site, it turns out this is Home Depot's mistake. What they advertises as 20x28 really is only 12 feet wide. Returning such a large item would be a major hassle, and fortunately the 12' version is still useful for us. So we will keep it, although we overpaid. The advertised 12x28 is cheaper. We have not yet assembled the garage, so I will update the review later

Don't waster your money

I won't recommend this product and I am very disappointed. I got this 8 months ago and the tarp started to ripped off from all corners and on the top center, even the front and back side. . the tarp got thinner and thinner throughout the past few

Nice rugged shelter. However, when we got it up and were looking it over we noticed a small 4" tear in the roof fabric. Having spent several hours to put it up I'm not about to take it all down and repackage it to send back. Do you provide a patch kit?

Buyer be ware

The cover is only meant to last between 1-3 years! I sadly found this out when I contacted customer service two years after purchasing. The cover is deteriorating and replacement cover cost almost twice as expensive as the original kit did! It doesn’t seem to be apparent how short the life of the cover is in the description of the item. I wish shelter logic would make it right, or more apparent that these covers don’t last very long at all.

Garage-in-a-Box® 12 ft. x 20 ft. x 8 ft.

Loved it while it lasted. It gave me a nice dry place to rebuild and restore my boat until it ripped. 12x20x8 garage in a box the seam at the very top split the entire way down the lenght of the shelter. Unfortunately filled my boat with water before I noticed the shelter had failed. Caused some damage but nothing I can't fix. Currently hoping shelterlogic makes a thicker/stronger tarp to fit my current shelterlogic frame because I definitely need to upgrade asap.

Shelter logic temporary horse shelter

I have had the 12x20 Shelter Logic for about 2 months woth strong winds and a couple inches of snow. Using it for a temporary horse shelter for the winter and it has held up perfectly. So far it has met my expectations. Would definitely recommend
