Just don't count on the maker to help with problem

Worked great for a year. Then it started dumping GALLONS of water down the drain. Just a constant flow, which we caught on the water bill. 3,000 extra gallons more than normal! When we called Global Water, now Quench, to help us troubleshoot, they sent an extra shut off valve and flow Restrictor since it was still under warranty. The problem was not resolved so they washed their hands of us and instructed us to request an exchange with overstock. We ended up figuring it out for ourselves. The company that makes it stinks. The cooler itself is great other than the mystery draining issue.

Horrible unit. Hot water function never worked. EVERY time you use the water, a minute later it sounds like an airplane is going by. Looking to return this awful unit.

Better than expected

Surprised that the flow rate was really good, I expected it to be slow like the bottled water unit we previously had. Have had it a month and so far it lives up to the advertising. We were spending $80 month for drinking water for our employees so this will pay for itself in less than a year.

We still aren't able to set this up yet, as the connecter piece was too big and were trying to figure out how to adapt it. Wish setup would have been a little easier.

Global Water filters have always worked well with our Bluline Global Water G3 water filter system that we have owned for a couple of years and it certainly makes a difference in how your water tastes. I've always purchased Global Water filters not wanting to skimp on quality when it comes to drinking water. I referred my father-in-law to Global Water and he now owns his own water filter system too and only buys genuine Global Water water filters.

I purchased this for our office to replace a unit we had under contract (we will be money ahead after 7 months!). This is a very basic unit, but does what it needs to do-dispense really cold, good tasting water (we are in an old factory, so that says a lot!). I will also say that you get a very limited amount of the hot water, although the water temperature is very hot. That is probably the only down side to this machine.

Nice & handy for hot & cold clean water

Only problem is the noise it makes during cooling! It's not easy to sit around the kitchen hearing that buzzing non stop! Also stopped working after a year of use we thought it was filters but tried everything still not working
