Just needing a chair.
There was a cracked trim cap covering the joint of the flip arm. All I needed was that piece from the manufacturer Lorell but they offered an adjustment or to return the chair. Not what was needed.
Danger! Danger!
These chairs are unsafe. We purchased three for our front office staff and all three individuals have tipped over with the slightest forward lean. This has happened on more than one occasion.
Comfortable w/ a little wobble
The chair is comfortable and easy to assemble although one screw gave me a little bit of difficulty I managed after persistence. The fold up arms were the key feature for me. However there's a little bit of play side to side when you're sitting in the chair.
Great feature
When I am sitting, my desk is high because I have a standing vari desk. However I do have to use a lumbar pillow and seat cushion to keep my posture straight, but the chair is comfy.

Very comfortable for a shorter person! I have a smaller office it's fits much better than the bigger chair I had before.

Easy to assemble. Actual seat of the chair a bit harder than expected but softning up as i use it. Love the fold-away arms.

This chair is very comfortable. I am sitting at my desk from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. I used to have a sore back at the end of the day and I do not have that anymore. Very good chair!
It's Okay
Decent chair for the price, if you don't sit at a computer all day. More padding could have been used in the seat. I would price it at $90.
Not that comfortable
Bought this chair last month and was disappointed with the rather thin seat cushion. Not nearly as soft and comfortable as other new office chairs where I work. I would not buy this again. Also, not much in the way of controls for seatback, tilt, etc.
