Didn’t last died within 2-3 weeks.

I was going to return it to Walmart for a refund and my husband said no because he said I didn’t read all the instructions on how to care for this bonsai. I did read all the instructions, very carefully, but within 2-3 weeks, it was dead.

The plant was dried out. I'm trying to give it time before I throw it out.

I received my plant intact and well wrapped. My planter was white not green. It was beautiful and fit the space I needed to add some greenery!

Fragile and died within days of receiving.

Too wet and wasn’t describe as on the website. 3 days later was dead. Wasted my money.

I ordered a PINK Brussel’s Tree. I got an Satsuki tree that is to be planted outside. No flowers at all. Only correct thing is it’s a tiny tree. Very dissatisfied with it.

Very satisfied, now to just keep it alive.

I got one of these before, put it outside in full sun, kept it watered and it died in less than a month. It was a gift and the person who gave it to me is due to visit that is why I ordered this one.

Plant was dying as soon as we received it. We bought special bonsai food and followed all directions for card. It still is not doing well.

Beautiful small azalea bonsai plants. Warning-the pot in the picture is not the pot you will receive. I ended up with a green pot and a dark blue.

My plant was not potted with moss, whereas other Satsuki Azaleas I have ordered from Brussels Bonsai all had moss. The tree was very healthy but it is clearly quite young and the styling is sub-par, I will have to do more work with this tree than I had initially anticipated. It does not compare well to the last Azalea I ordered, but at least the plant is alive and thriving.

I am babying it to keep it alive.i think it got to hot in the morning sun. I had to bring it in.

The plant was delivered in great shape and seems healthy. I liked that it was not packed with all those Styrofoam pellets. We got it through Walmart but we buy from this supplier a lot

I really love my BONSAI TREE

I received it the exact way the picture showed but I got one pink flower with one more trying to bloom. The only issue that I had with my order is that I wish they would have delivered it through USPS instead of FedEx. With USPS I feel like they deliver within days and they give you updates on where your package is, with FedEx I usually have to wait a week and I don’t get to see any updates all I’m allowed to see is that it is shipped and delivered to me. As for my Bonsai tree it is perfect, for the shipping part they took a lot of care so no damages once I received the Bonsai. I differently want to order more from Lowe’s, I couldn’t be more pleased and happy with my Bonsai tree.

Plant was delivered upside down and died in a few days -this was a gift to my niece because her Dad passed away after suffering from major medical issues!
