The item itself was beautiful. But upon arriving at Lowe's they could not find the large chandelier. When we finally got it home, and the electrician arrived, we took it out of the box only to find, One side of the chandelier was bent and one of the sleeves did not fit in place with the lightbulb. The store gave a 10% credit but I would rather have had a perfect chandelier in place.
