I have gotten two chairs, they both have been put together exactly the way the directions say and the chair still doesn’t lean back
This chair has been so comfortable. It has been wonderful to sit on during these long hours of virtual lessons and sessions with students due to the Pandemic. I have literally spent hours at this chair and have to say it is very comfortable.

The chair was not easy to assemble it was a lot of effort into getting the screws in on the chair. The rest was easy but putting both the top seat and the bottom in with the screws was rough. It does look really nice and sturdy when you manage to get it together.
This was worst experience. Twice commitment made were not followed through. As a result, the value of the purchase was diminished considerably. Still not sure if the assembly will happen or money is gone down the drain.

The chair is great, delivered right away, my husband put it together for me. It looks nice and is comfortable. The price was right. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I thought that it would rock/recline a little. It does not. But still a good chair
I just received my chair. Didn’t realize I needed to put it together! The chair is dirt and beautiful. I plan to out it together soon.
Chair failed to go together properly. Couldn’t get one screw to go in correct. My husband had to force a screw, however, will not fully go in. He’s using at work because he didn’t want to take it apart and return it for a refund.
