Poorly documentation for mounting shelves

There was no wall template sheet to "true up" the mounting holes to create level shelves, straighten the mounting bars vertically, or space the bars to match the pilot holes in the shelves. The wall anchors fell into the wall when using a quarter inch drill. Ended up using my own anchors.

Nice looking shelf, needs better wall anchors

The instructions suggest mounting the shelf supports to studs, but the predrill locations on the shelves are spaced 24”. Guess this could work with a stud spacing of 12”. The included anchors are flimsy and tend to spin when installed in the wall. I would suggest using higher-quality wall anchors if expecting to be close to the 65lb rated load per shelf.Once the shelf is properly mounted to the wall, the shelves are solid. Though the shelves are MDF instead of wood, they can handle the rated load. Looks good, wife loves it.
