Solid bench: easily worth the price

Tried to go cheaper with an Amazon version, instantly returned it once set up- this bench is solid and sturdy.

I love the chair. Great value and easy to build. For my wife, she's tall 5' and she have difficult to use it. She found a way to use it, but remeber for the People not too tall that is maybe difficult to use

Good quality Roman chair!

Overall, very impressed with this Roman chair given the price point! It was a bit tricky to set up on my own, so I recommend having another person to help hold down the screws while tightening. Other than that, wish it came with an exercise booklet like my bowflex especially as someone new to Roman chair exercises.

Synergee Roman Chair

We received the chair with no delay and packaged in good condition. It was easy to assemble and all parts were clearly marked and packaged. My wife tried the chair out and we adjusted it a little for fit - and now it is being used every day for exercises to strengthen the back muscles. We felt the price was fair and would recommend it for those those in any age who have need of an apparatus to help strengthen the muscles. My wife and I are seniors and the chair works well for us.

Solid Construction, Space Saving Design

Love how compact this is! I have pretty limited space in my home gym, and I appreciate how you can fold this up and hang it/put it out of the way. The construction feels really solid and really doesn’t feel like it’s going to collapse under my 230 lb frame. The synergee chair is more comfortable than other chairs I have tried. The dimensions and the weight were optimum. I enjoyed exercising my back muscles and felt the results.

Portable and built quality is sold. It is a perfect equipment for home gym, so I can fold it to save space. The color is a bonus so it matches my other synergee bars.

Product is good . I started using with my deadlift routine . It helps with biceps . But it needs more stability . I mean the feet of the chair needs to be a little heavier . Overall good product

Great home gym addition for back and side extension exercises. Also use it for preacher curls. Good quality and finish and easy to move and fold which ideal for home gym where space is limited. Not heavy duty commercial quality but more than adequate for my purposes.

Great piece

There were two downsides to this product that can be expected. Delivery time was around 1-2 months and the sturdiness of the product wasn't great. No tools were given to actually put the thing together. After getting through all of this, the product functions great. Stores very well and is serving to be a great at-home product.
