Comfortable, but durability??

Very comfortable chair, unfortunately a seat cushion tear appeared at 3 months. Will be submitting a request for replacement seat cushion or chair.

LaZBoy Office Chair

Very comfortable office chair. Stiff and sturdy leather back support with real wooden arm rests (covered also in leather). Feels like quality material. I would definitely this product.

I suggest steering clear of this one. The chair seemed decent but the quality is not good and there is no support from LazyBoy. I purchased this in February 2022 and the fake leather upholstery on one of the arms started falling apart quite quickly. So I called LazyBoy in October 2023 and they just said too bad. It is no longer under warranty and they no longer offer any replacement parts. I thought the high end price meant a high end product and support but no luck. Buy something else. It is LazySupport from LazyBoy

More assembly than I expected. However, directions and tools are sufficient. Lowest seating position is higher than most office chairs.

For the price this chair is terrible. The seat part does not have enough padding. All the padding is in the part where the legs rest. The engineering of the seating on the chair is all wrong. The box was in terrible condition and the wood on one of the arms was chipped and has some damage due to the packaging. You would expect more from a higher priced chair.

Not "Tall" Enough

Pros - The quality of the parts of the chair are amazing. I have had many office chairs but nothing this nice in materials. I would have given the chair four stars until I fan into the "Cons" of the chair. Cons - The seller of this chair should remove the word 'Tall' from the product name. I put the office chair together and raised it as high as possible, and my knees were higher than my waist. I immediately took the chair apart and removed the gas cylinder and went online and bought one for 'Tall' people. To be fair, I work full time from home for the last 15 years and bought several office chairs. I am 6'-5" and over 300lbs. Every office chair I have bought I have had to remove the gas cylinder and replace it with one for a 'Tall' person. Great chair but just not 'Tall' enough!!!

Not worth the money

Not impressed with this chair. Almost feels like I might slide off the front side. The leather is so soft my cats were able to put holes in the back within a day. Which also means any buttons or such on my pants are also high risk.. The wood part of the arms came scuffed and now they are so much worse. The arms keep coming loose. For a $500 chair, it is very disappointing.
