Amazingly Plush Mattress Pad Easy to Install

There is nothing to dislike! This mattress pad is brilliant! Very thick, plush and very nice! Great quality and softness scale is off the charts! The first night's sleep on it was the real test and the mattress pad aced it! We are back and side sleepers and it works equally well in both positions. For comfort and sleep, I would recommend it to family or anyone! For the price it is absolutely awesome! I've paid more for pads, but have never found one as amazing as this pad is.

Great product and service

I love the Bamboo Mattress Pad; it adds a layer of luxurious comfort to my bed. Also, Vicosoft customer service is excellent. The package was damaged in delivery. Customer service responded quickly and sent a new pad.

I ordered this item a month ago and received the wrong item shipped to me. A support rep placed a new order for this item on September 9 and it still hasn't shipped yet. Not good!

Bamboo title is misleading, but still a nice cover

This is a very luxurious mattress cover. If you're looking for something soft and generously padded, you can't do better. However, the term "bamboo" is misleading. The only place there is any bamboo is in the fabric cover. The tag says "57% polyester and 43% viscose" for the cover. The filling and backing is 100% polyester. I did a little research on viscose (rayon) and it turns out to be made with a process that may use some bamboo, and it may be very little. There is no way to know for sure. So, you are mostly buying something made from polyester, not bamboo. It seems to sleep a bit warm, too.

Good for hot sleepers!

My husband was not going to make it through the summer heat without some help, so we bought this in the hopes it would provide less insulation than our current topper. The bonus was how soft and comfortable the top is! We were so surprised at the added foam comfort, but it's definitely helped us sleep better as both back and side sleepers.

Enjoy the cool touch

We really liked this mattress pad so much that we bought another one for our other bed. The fit is perfect and has deep pockets. It it made with bamboo so it is cooler to sleep on and it's just all around comfortable and gives us a good night rest.

Bamboo Pillow Top Mattress Pad

I ordered this product online and received an email shortly afterward with a tracking number and expected delivery date. It arrived on the day promised, and I am satisfied with the excellent customer service.

Excellent and worth every penny.

It does keep you nice and cool at night. My boyfriend gets so hot when he sleeps and he wakes up a lot, but this keeps him nice and cool and gives him a much better nights sleep. It is very nice and very plush. My back always hurt and felt tense when I woke up and with this my back doesn't hurt. I look forward to going to sleep now and wake up feeling amazing. I absolutely LOVE this product. It is cool, supportive, and great quality.

Worse than our mattress alone.

We were severely disappointed with this topper. It actually made sleeping worse and sent my husband to the sofa the first and only night we tried it! I really wanted it to be all it was described to be, but it made our pressure points WORSE and was lumpy and uncomfortable. We sent it back.
