I was disappointed in this product covering Pleather is not

I bought 2 barcaloungers a few months ago. The material has pealed. The leather is not real it is a skin of pleather over fabric an it has come apart. The both need to be replace. Reupholstering is just as expensive as a new chair. Pleather is NOT leather

Good customer service

Our recliners arrived with damage. A Repair technician came and determined that a replacement was called for. The new chairs were delivered in perfect condition. I will be a repeat customer.

EXCELLENT CHAIR!

THE RECLINER WAS PURCHASED FOR A CASUAL TV VIEWING ROOM. THE LEATHER COLOR WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO COORDINATE WITH OTHER FURNITURE. THIS IS MY THIRD BARCALOUNGER RECLINER AND THEIR QUALITY HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING.

Exactly what we were looking for

We bought two of these recliners. Love the style, color (ponytail), quality, and comfort. Contrary to another review, we did not find the seats to be too hard; they are perfectly comfortable in all respects. Assembly took only about five minutes: screw in the feet and pop the back into the base. Love the feel of the all leather upholstery, including sides and backs. And the chairs look fabulous in our family room.

Do not buy!

I would give this zero stars if i could. After just six months the chair is completely worn on the head rest area! I emailed Barcalounger to get it repaired and they didnt even email me back! Do not buy!!! You will regret it!

I needed a recliner for a small space. This small scale recliner is perfect for my space and my husband who is 5'11" 195 pounds. Very well made and comfortable. Looks just like the picture.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my chair! It's the perfect size and coordinates well with the rest of my living room colors. I got the charcoal color and at first I thought it was darker than I expected but after a couple days I can say I absolutely love the color. The seat is very firm....which is what I like but the headrest area is like laying your head against a down pillow! It reclines easily and is a totally comfortable chair. I'm seriously considering getting a second one. I am one VERY satisfied customer.

Overall looks good and seems to be good quality. The seat is a little hard and uneven. Should get better as it breaks in.

Very pleased with recliner! Not "real" leather, but material very similar in look and feel. The seat cushion is a tiny bit firm but will be okay. Don't think I could do much better for price!

Great size for our small living room. Nice light colored leather; delivered quickly in good condition. Husband very happy with this comfortable chair. Love the nailhead trim . I would definitely buy this product again.

This was my first purchase from Hayneedle and was hesitant to buy two recliners online. But after looking locally, these were the only recliners that meet my criteria. They actually exceeded my expectations. Love the all leather, nailhead trim and look much more expensive. Very comfortable.

Maybe

Looks and feels good but springs are not strong enough to maintain the middle position without going into full recline even when adjusting tension to maximum. I sent an email to Barcalounger for help but got no response.

I would buy again.

Looks great, Dark charcoal grey, easy to assemble and very comfortable. The thinner width works well side by side and does not look big and bulky as some do. My husband can not recline in it without falling asleep. Slightly concerned about the durability of the faux Leather, but so far so good.

WOW - I am impressed!! I have been buying furniture for a very long time and this was the easiest yet. I live in a small Southern Oregon town and the furniture selection is slim unless you like the basics. The quality, construction are excellent and the color of this chair is as shown on the site. I watched it move from East Coast to my front porch. I moved it into my home and put it together myself in 15 minutes. I am 75+ years old. Excellent product - very impressed.
