The three boxes of the greenhouse materials arrived at my local Home Depot separately (one arrived then the next two a week later. There was no communication about the status of the delivery, which was confuzing and frustrating.

Incomplete kit, poorly pre drilled

Missing a ton of screws and the pre drilled holes are pointing in a manner that has the screw tips constantly come out of wood faces. It's pretty annoying. Now I have a doorless greenhouse and it's getting toward the end of the season

I like it

Good product. There are lots of comments about the instructions being hard to follow. I didn’t find that to be true. They were very clear. I only gave 4 stars because some of the panels were a bit thin and screws split the wood in a few places. Nothing major but it still required some wood glue to repair.

Home Depot service was excellent. Product needs a little adjusting around the window. Big gaps and very tricky to install no way will it keep out rain or snow

Pieces damaged and no instructions

Many of the pieces are chipped and there are NO INSTRUCTIONS. Found PDF on Home Depot website but really, for the price, damaged product without instructions? I will write another review after it is assembled.

Didn’t ship product on time. Missing pieces.

Not sure about this one.

The pictures in the instructions doesn’t match the pieces. The pieces weren’t marked very well. The wood was cracking and splitting. After two weeks the door panels started falling about. The window doesn’t stay open. Not very sturdy. There are small gaps between the panels that will need to fill. I only gave it 2 stars because it looks nice
