perfect for my space and looks great !
Honey - Can -Do Entryway Hall Tree w/Bench.
Very displeased with construction.The bottom line is that QVC is beginning to falter, on an an unacceptable term of service.

This is a great item! I was able to put it together myself and I am not especially handy. It took about an hour and I used the included allen wrench and my own screwdriver. Fits perfectly beside my kitchen door and is study enough to sit on. Got it on a sale price, too, so it is a good value. Love it!
Hard to put together
I had trouble getting screws in I think they sent wrong size screws

this is a very nice coat rack and shoe stand its small but does alot would recommend it to everyone have had people notice that it looks great and its very useful my granddaughter wants one also
Adding hooks, no bueno
This is a good size hallway shelf/tree. Small, fits 2 baskets on top, smaller baskets and shoes on rack shelves. Easy to put together until you get to the hooks. Recommend using drill with the screws. Holes are not deep enough. I had to make holes deeper by hammering a nail on some. Overall happy and good price.
Looks great.
I was very excited to get this product but putting it together was a pain. The holes are not lined up and one was missing entirely. It does fit perfectly in my space and I love how it looks.
Difficult To Assemble
One of the foot protectors wouldn't screw in as there was no metal.
Fair little piece
Pretty easy to put together. I bought from clearance so the price for the piece is fine. The hooks are not super as they run small and angular and somehow shallow. But the shelves and MDF board do the job and tidy a pass through mud room.
