[Incentivized Review] Beautiful but took a long time to put together

This chest of drawers is beautiful, sturdy, and was well packaged. I would have given it a five, except it took a long time to put together. It came in over 50 pieces, so everything had to be put together; the frame, drawers, drawer slides, everything. I will say that the holes were predrilled very well and it is really nice when put together. The directions were good as well. It did take a lot of time, though, so be prepared for that.

Instructions to put together weren't easy and product came with cheap materials. I've had this almost year now and it's been falling apart for the last several (not due to incompetence, but cheap materials). I'd return if I could, 100% would NOT recommend.

Do not buy this dresser

This dresser was delivered with 3 legs not 4! It can’t be constructed correctly without the furniture’s base. I’ve made 2 phone calls & sent 2 emails and no one seems to understand the English conversation I’m having with them & seem to not care that this piece is absolutely useless without all FOUR legs!!!!

Draws are on the smaller side but works for my 10year old. Not something for an adult. Will have to get a new eventually as this one wont last her for teen years.

Dresser

Very durable and sturdy, all pieces came clean and intact. Assembly was very smooth and minus a few drawers that get stuck on the tracks its a great product.

Horrible mess of fake wood

This dresser has dozens of pieces, arrived with two boards missing.Had to jump through hoops to get to a customer service person who sent the wrong ones as replacements then emailed again-finally sent the right ones 3wks later. Dresser CANT be assembled! There are holes in the wrong places,no holes, bad labels/instructions. No one will help us. It’s half put together can’t function.We can’t get it to a store to return and they won’t pick it up,basically said “It’s your choice what to do with it”

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!! This dresser is the worst quality! The pieces would fall apart while I was putting it together and they just do not fit properly. The third party seller will try to keep your money if you initiate a return. All around horrible experience..

Some what difficult to assemble, results were fine

So look. this is a very pretty dresser and I swear I checked measurements and double-checked measurements against the old dresser we replaced but this sucka is SMALL. Like okay height, okay width, but, where it really counts, the drawers and teensy tiny. Not only are the height inside the drawers short but the dang things only open about half way so realistically there is about 6 inches of wide open clearance on the drawers when open and maaaaaaybe another 6 hidden by the half opening. Personally, I regret this one purchase. It sucks. It was a pain to put together and just not giving me the bang for my buck. It'll be around for a couple years, hopefully, for our kiddo and as soon as I find something better I'm chucking this one.
