Pump problems

More like a 2 and a half stars (I rounded up). I set this up my wife’s home office a couple of weeks ago and she has been loving it! Until the pump just stopped working. I haven’t reached out to customer service yet as this is a Sunday. I hope they are as good as advertised.

This is a great product. One of my best purchases in a long time. I highly recommend this product. The best fountain that I saw on ebay by far.

Just Beautiful Present I Picked Out for My Birthday!

We sold our house with a fountain - I missed the fountain - this one is just WONDERUL! The pump is quiet, the water with the light glistening on it is steady. My husband runs his finger across the top where the water initially comes out each morning when we turn it on so you have water across the whole top (not the dry areas as in this picture). Really love that water has never splashe out of it even when I have had it very full. I do use distilled water as we have hard water in our area. I love collecting my own rocks and adding them around the base. One of my favorite things.

LOVE the concept (look) of this products but it keeps BREAKING DOWN 4x since 4/20/20 (less than 20 days ago)

Customer service is excellent but this product keeps falling short and I bought it on 4/20 for $107.95 (less than 20 days ago). As of today it has stopped working 4x in spite of replacing bulb, light fixture, transformer (adapter) and submersible pump more than once twice and three times depending on which parts. I love how it looks and it’s weight (heavy sturdy). I don’t fault lampsplus but who actually makes/owns those parts should really take a hard look and fix their cheaply made parts.

Sounds Exactly like the previews it’s beautiful wen lights hits the water ripples downward. I added glassy colorful rocks to it. Beautiful reflection.

HAPPY SO FAR!

After reading mixed reviews on this fountain, I decided to take my chances and buy it. I set it up, and it runs well and looks great! I added different rocks at the bottom than the ones that came with it, for a more unique look. My only 2 complaints at this point are that the pump was hard to connect to water tube, and took several attempts to get it right. Also, there is no on/off switch, so I had to buy an extension cord that had one, so it's easier than unplugging from outlet. I tested it on maximum water flow, and there was hardly any splashing...but it was only running for about 30 minutes. Of all the available indoor fountains of this size, I think this one was the best style, quality and price.

I am pleasantly surprised at how natural this looks. The sound is soothing, perhaps a little loud for the small room I have it in.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she “loves” it!!

The water sound is so beautiful

This fountain makes the most beautiful water sound. I had a towel ready in case the water splashed out the first time but it didn't splash. This fountain is serene and very pleasing. Pros: Beautiful Sound.

I have this in my home office, and love it. My work is very mental, and this provides a soothing background of bubbling water sounds. I wrote a previous review which did not get posted for some reason, in which I stated that the pump was way too loud, and that it was louder than the water sounds. That was true, but only for the first 2-3 days of continuous (24-hour) use. For whatever reason it began to sporadically quiet down, and now, I've been running it for a couple of weeks, and it's quiet. It's not silent, but it sounds about like an aquarium pump. It's fine.
