The faucet arrived on time and with the quality we expected.
We installed it and will need to reinstall after tightening the wobble of the arc spout. Other than that we're pretty delighted. I wish the hose would snap back a bit more but I think they're designed not to.
Rohl Armstrong faucet
Leaking out of the handle. What a mess
Was sent in my opinion as faulty product and then made to just through hoops with Rohl customer service to get it resolved.
From receipt of this faucet - I had an issue where in the cold water position the handle would gradually fall open and the faucet would start leaking water. Bearing in mind this faucet costs over $1000 - where is the quality assurance at Rohl?!! This faucet should never have been sent out. Trying to get a resolution with Rohl despite this being a technical issue has been frustrating - I am actually on hold on the phone as i type this and have been for 20 mins waiting to speak to a supervisor about a replacement because customers with defective Rohl products can wait apparently. DO NOT BUY from this company unless you are prepared to be disappointed.
