Lovely mid-sized tree. Perfect on the deck. The orange gives a nice pop of color!

These products from Nearly Natural look so real!! I wasn’t sure at first so I ordered only a couple of items and was so impressed I went back and ordered a huge selection of items. Now our entire back area looks like a tropical resort at all times with zero maintenance! Highly recommended both trees and flowers! We’ve even combined items to make our own beautiful potter arrangements. Worth every penny!

Major Design flaw in Nearly Naturals Outdoor Plants

It's a beautiful looking plant but for an outdoor plant they really need to come up with a better design because these are all top heavy and even a gentle breeze knocks them over. Would love to see something from Nearly Natural that allows one to add rocks or something to the base but the styrofoam goes all the way to the bottom.

Pictures Can Be Deceptive

I personally think this item is overpriced. It's cute, but not worth the price paid. I was considering ordering several, but after the first one I decided against it.

Unimpressed, plus HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

For the price, I had far higher expectations. First of all, it is about 3.5" shorter than expected. I had purchased this to help with privacy between my balcony and my neighbor's balcony, but those few missing inches are just enough to fall short of what I need. My second issue is that it is very difficult to shape. The fronds are very rigid and delicate, and two broke while I was trying to shape them. Third, this is not even close to nearly natural. It looks pathetically fake. Finally, customer service is useless. I had ordered two items that didn't ship together, and after receiving this piece of junk tried to cancel the second item. I tracked the item online, and it hadn't shipped yet. So, I called to try to cancel the second portion of the order. A manager named Natalie told me there was nothing she could do because it was in a big warehouse and would be really difficult to track down. I'm sure there's a way to flag the order so that when the barcode of the item is scanned an alert would pop up, but Natalie couldn't be bothered with such things - good customer service is too difficult for her. Instead she just cut me off every time I tried to speak after my initial request. Eventually my only option was to tell her off and hang up, as I was getting nowhere with trying to suggest ways she could actually be of help. Do not waste your money here. In fact, you can order the same products for less money on Amazon with Prime, then if you are unhappy the return process is so much easier!!! I do not know how this company is in business and has any positive reviews. What I thought would be a nice gift to myself at the end of a tough year was nothing but a disappointment and headache. Perhaps I can at least save someone else out there from having a similar experience.

Love the orange. It does add a little warm color to my living room.
