Great Bookshelf

This bookshelf was beyond easy to put together and we loved the finished look of it, so much we are ordering a second one. Very cute and seems to be pretty sturdy

Beautiful shelf, sturdy, and easy to assemble. A couple of the cap covers for the screws wouldn’t stay in, but they rarely ever do anyways. The funny tips in the instruction book made us chuckle.

Pleasantly surprised

I have debated about purchasing this bookshelf but I am so happy that I just decided to do it. The assembly was ok but the directions were very easy to follow. I did have a missing piece of hardware but ordering a replacement part was extremely easy on their website. The assembled bookshelf has created almost a reading nook feel in my room. I am also thinking of ordering a second for a different wall in my room as I was pleasantly pleased that the ladder look didn’t stick out too far.

cheap materials, flawed design

The color & asthetic are nice, but that's where the positives end. I bought 3 of these ladder bookshelves, and was looking forward to having my husband put them together for me. The faux wood easily splits when screwing the shelves in; the shelves & side pieces do not fit together easily, to the point that some of the shelves have a small, but noticeable gap that even trying to hammer them in wouldn't completely close; and once fully assembled, the entire thing has a slight wobble to it. For boxes that are pretty heavy when delivered, they assembled product is awfully light & doesn't feel like it will have much in the way of longevity. My excitement over these ladder shelves has quickly turned to disappointment.

Excellent Shelf

The shelf was delivered to my door very well packaged. It took me about an hour to put it together. There are many pieces, but the instructions are excellent, and one person can do it alone. I'm very happy with the end result. It is sturdy, and good looking. I was able to put four banker boxes of books on the lower four shelves, and there's still space left for more books, and display items. I would recommend it to anyone willing to put it together.

I debated whether to buy this bookcase because I hoped it would be a light gray, not an almost-white gray. And I could not be more pleased with the color! It looks beautiful against my white walls and gray-brown flooring. I assembled it alone - directions were clear. It looks sturdy and I look forward to enjoying it for years to come!
