After 6 years the finish is deteriorating. Is this the experience you want from a nearly $1k faucet?Kohler support did nothing for me. They don’t stand behind their products even when there is an obvious defect.
Terrible product and customer service
After 6 years, the finish is deteriorating. It has been exposed to nothing but air and water in a master bathroom vanity.
Drain Doesn’t Match
I ordered the oil rubbed bronze faucet, and it came with a black drain. I called to get the correct drain sent and they said that the black one is correct. For the price of this faucet, the drain should match.
