The chair looks great, but was not easy to put together. I had no idea I was going to need special tools. Took a long time with the tiny wrench provided. . AND the packaging is a big pain...with horrid styrofoam bits all over. Can't you find a better packing material that is not only more environmentally friendly, but also does't make a mess.
Chairs are absolutely beautiful and perfect for my law office. They are comfortable and easy to attach the legs.
