The rug looks great and feels great. Although the rug has nonslip backing, the rug does not stay in place over carpet.

This is NOT faux hide. This is a rug with the IMAGE of hide printed on it. The texture is smooth like that of a kitchen mat.
Best rug so far. I was a little scared of the pattern but I feel like your can get away with it for so many different design style. It faux cowhide print. I’m in love.
