We think it looks unfinished to not have wood plugs over screws; very visible. Our lamp did not come with the harp and the finial. We sent message to customer care. Lamp is a nice architectural shape, however and we probably will keep it if we can sort out the missing parts. Yes, we looked through the packaging for the telltale red ribbon that generally leads to parts-no go. We have placed multiple orders for other items and it does seem quality at this company is unfortunately so-so. Love the looks but needs to be a bit better quality.

Sculptural and Beautiful
I have been looking for a long time for a floor lamp made of pale wood with a sculptural esthetic and an oversized lampshade that is not basic white or basic beige - and this is lamp is close to perfect! I bought a pair. Love them, and highly recommend.

We thought the lamp had a white lampshade based on the photo but the actual lamp is more of a grey color. The lamp has a soft wood base, which is easy to assemble and looks great. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.
