Hard to install

I have been an electrician since 1969, and this was one of the hardest fixtures to install due to the difficulty attaching the globes. Also, the globes are too short to cover the 100w equivalent LED bulbs.

While installing I noticed the product has missing spots that...

While installing I noticed the product has missing spots that were not black. It would have been a hassle to remove it and return it. I wish I can submit a photo. It’s an eye sore so I may consider removing it.

Modern and classic

Easy install, looks good in my bathroom. Can be installed up or down. There is a lot of styrofoam bits floating around in the package (broken crumbs) that go everywhere and stick to everything. Annoying. But the lights are well packed so won't arrive broken.

Perfect

Installed it myself. No issues. I mounted it upside down with open end facing down. Yes you do see the bulbs but it would have been to close to ceiling facing up and would have created a hot spot. I wanted to use the existing box location. I used 3 LED bulbs. It is inexpensive, has a clean contemporary design and has been working fine for a couple of years.

I bought this light because I like the style. It is beautiful and looks great in person as well, in my opinion. However, I have bought cheaper lights than this that were way easier to install. It's not like the materials are that much better either, so I literally feel like I am paying for "style" here. As others said, it was impossible (as far as I could tell) to install this light with the supplies given. It was missing two screws for screwing the bracket to the wall, and the screws that attach the light to the bracket were way too long. If there were a proper way to make those work, it was very difficult to tell because the directions consisted only of a difficult-to-read diagram. I'm assuming an electrician would understand it but I certainly did not. I hope they address this in the future. I cannot recommend it but I generously gave it 3 stars because it is pretty now that it's up.

So far so good

Bought two of these -- a 3-light and a 2-light -- for reno of master bathroom w/separate his/hers vanities. Wanted a clean, modern look and these fit the bill. Guess I got lucky because installation was a snap, despite the vague instructions. They fit perfectly on the existing box and bracket. I mounted them to point down. They work.
