I think this company may be Fraudulent.

I bought a (approx) 14' x 2' runner and they sent me a 8' x 2' when I called customer service they said they would work on it. I sent them pics and then they sent me an email stating how I could send it back. Mind you the packaging is plastic wrap that you cut to send it back. Then they tell you to repack it in a painters tarp like plastic and if it is not correct Fedex will charge you $200 to send it back that rugs.com is not responsible for. I looked at this rug on their website after I received it and it is now double the price. Something feels very off about this company and I will not purchase from them again.

Love the Vanilla Bean (great for layering)

I ordered the Jill Zarin rug in Vanilla Bean after trying all summer to find something similar on Facebook Marketplace (I don't like to buy new if possible.). I'm really glad I bought it - good price and quick shipping, no hassles. The Vanilla Bean has flecks in it of grey which will hopefully make it more forgiving as it gets used, sometimes dirty, etc. I did vacuum it for 30 minutes straight before the shedding stopped being visible in our vacuum cleaner. I would definitely recommend doing that to help with shedding. Just got it yesterday so don't know yet what will happen with shedding over the next few months. I did layer a great Turkish rug over it - great rug for layering.

Beautiful, extremely sturdy rug

I can see why it has such great reviews. Mine would be similar and mirror some of the other comments. It had a strong odor, like a wet dog. It's always something you risk with a wool rug though. There was a small hole in the plastic, sometimes that is all it takes to build up moisture though. It doesn't seem like a regular problem, as not many others have not mentioned it. Rugs.com was very understanding and though I wished I could keep it, in my experience that odor will never go away, and not get worse once it's set in. They gave me no hassles and accepted the return..The only other thing I would add that other's have also mentioned, is the gray does look like a light blue in many lights. If you have a light blue interior, you could easily use this gray rug,. I'd say in a room with more light, it will look like a baby blue, so be aware. Less

Great value!

We have now purchased two of these rugs and they are such great quality for the price. Modern look, neutral enough for any decor style (we have the light gray and earl gray), very soft under foot and I haven't seen a single fiber of shedding. We've had several rugs over and this one is excellent for the price. The only thing I will mention is that the first one we purchased had a very very strong musty smell that lasted for months. We were super concerned because it was in our 3 year old's room so we removed it and tried vinegar, baking powder, called a professional mold expert, purchased an air purifier, steam cleaned, etc and nothing really worked except time. The second one had no smell. In hindsight I should have absolutely exchanged the first to Rugs.com to avoid all that hassle and concern - big mistake on my part but I'll know now for future for ANY rug. Less
