The high-quality stainless steel head runs the length of the handle so it won’t bend or break and is non-reactive with sourdough starters. 2. SCRAPE your dough from bowls to work surfaces with the Bench Scraper and use it to remove clingy dough from your counter while kneading or cleaning. It’s also great for folding dough! 3. PROOF your dough in the Proofing Basket and enjoy the beautiful bakery-style ribs if imprints on your loaf. Add the Basket Liner for extra sticky doughs. 4.
