We like this recliner and ottoman a lot. The chair is sturdy and comfortable both upright and reclined. It is a nice looking set.

So far, so good.

Good price, fast delivery, easy build, comfortable. Like its predecessor, which cost twice a much and broke after 6 years, the chair is rather low, so I built a 4" high platform on which it now sits. That allows me to get in and out of it without a drop getting in or a climb getting out.

We are NOW happy with this chair. If you're having difficulty with the assembly, have the reclining lever on the inside or cannot recline back far enough, you have the arms on the wrong sides. Beware...it seems like the panel would be on the outside but pay close attention to the photos. We paid a "pro" for assembly and still had to learn that one the hard way! Anyway, the chair is very comfortable and looks great once assembled properly.

Not quite what I hoped

I have determined this chair was just not comfortable due to not enough or even soft enough padding on the posterior position. The material felt rough and it was really hard to find/reach the pull lever for the recliner. The ottoman - aside from the fabric issue was fine, albeit a tad short (although we may not have seen a height adjuster one this).

did not like it

I sat in it for an hour and my back started hurting. I thought it would be comfortable. I have sat in similar chairs at the mall and they were great. but this one was hard. not enough padding. . . . will not purchase another item from you on line I will have to try before I buy.

Two Recliners Purchased

I purchased these recliners a few weeks ago. I had them completely put together in approx. 40 minutes for the 2 recliners. I have them to very comfortable and sturdy. The price for them was just perfect for what I payed for them. I am very pleased with my purchase.Also they both arrived in a timely manner and were damaged in any way. than you again.
