Unfortunately WAC lighting fails after limited use and they don't stand behind their products. They'll take a new order in minutes, but try getting something repaired. I have 3 different styles of WAC lighting that have failed now, some 5 years old, some 2, and the other brand new.
Light fixture looks to be fine. Wayfair initially paired it with the wrong bulb but we reordered the correct one. Problem now is the light base is barely 4.4 inches which is really to small to cover the hole in the ceiling cut for a traditional 4” electrical box. So now I am jury rigging a plate to cover the gaps. Not optimal and I can’t return to Wayfair as the product boxes were both opened. Strongly suggest manufacturer make the base diameter about 5”. Thanks.
