So comfortable! The one shown in this picture is the tweed fabric (Hamilton, I believe) and I purchased the brown microfiber (Camile). Easy to clean and very nice looking. Sturdy construction and easy to assemble.

Great chairs very comfortable

Was disappointed in quality for the price. Chair cushions are too hard, not very comfortable, wood arm lengths seem short and does not swivel or roll on casters easily. Items were returned.

It started off a little rough, assuming everybody has a mobile phone just trying to get 10% off my order. Then I was informed that the 4 pieces were split into two deliveries, part 1 comes 2 days early and part 2 comes 1 day late, The FedEX delivery was very stealthy, no door bell ring and boxes out of view. I did save $120 by assembling the base to the seat and putting the casters in the appropriate holes. All in all we were please with the merchandise and your customer service person.

The seats are pretty stiff as noted in other reviews. They take getting used to. The width, seat and back height are pretty small. Fortunately, my husband is lean, although tall, and I am not a large woman, but we have extended family members who would never fit in these chairs. We were spoiled by loving our previous swivel, tilt caster chairs. Fabric was much softer, larger chairs and arms were higher. However, one has given out on us after 25 YEARS of use!

The purchase process was streamlined and the delivery was quicker than originally anticipated. Great experience, beautiful product.
