I purchased the Starfish Rug from the LakeSide Seaside Rug Collection and it really completes my Cottage Beach themed living area nicely. I love the quality of this rug, and it lays down beautifully over my carpeted area.

Casual rug for coastal living

Bought the large size to place in Living room on the coast. The hand tufted shows definite lines and ridges which has a rough feel on bare feet. So far it is dog friendly as I do not see her red brown hair and nails are not pulling. A little disappointed with overall size and design as the large shells cover a big portion of the carpet not just the border. My opinion, rug is pricey for quality. I have had this for 2 months now. Not wearing well. Lots of pulling from shoes. Looks like fuzz over carpet. Very disappointed.
