Received this rug all folded over and creased. THESE RUGS ARE NOT TO BE FOLDED. ONLY ROLLED. Ive been selling these rugs for 15 years and you can never get all the creases out. Two days on the floor, a steam iron and lots of items laying on top, it is still creased and has not relaxed. And it stinks.
Beautiful rug with just the right colors. I am using this in my office. The walls are a blue/gray color with white cabinets and black handles and black book case. The surrounds draws out the colors in the rug and the "blotches" of orange and white and tan add just the right amount of color to the room. the low pile of the rug allows me to scoot my chair where I need to be in the room.
The rug is of excellent quality. I would have given it 5 stars but the colors are much darker and more intense than I expected or wanted. I have been looking at it for days trying to decide if I can make it work or not with my furnishings. I may return it but not because of anything being wrong or inferior, just because of the colors not matching. The rug is very plush and soft.
I love this rug! The colors are muted and beautiful and the low pile is perfect for my office. The reason for the 3 stars is the toxic smell. This rug has been rolled out, in a room with open windows for almost two months and there is still a distinct chemical-ish smell. Hopefully it will go away at some point or else I’m going to have to get rid of it.
I love the look of this rug in our kitchen—the colors are beautiful. It is on the thin side, but a rug pad underneath gives it a good feeling under our feet. I would have given it 5 stars but it is taking a bit to get the edges to lay flat (I have heavy books placed around it to help with this). It is laying flatter with each passing day. I recommend this rug.
