First I want to say the instruction booklet was awesome with the scan codes for each step to watch a quick video on how to assemble each step. Second, the desk kit was great with the way it was all labeled, including all the screws. Whoever came up with this idea for the scan codes and labeling everything was brilliant! Now the desk itself I love after it was all put together, but it was a bit time consuming assembling.

1. This desk comes in TWO (2) boxes. They are marked box 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. They may be shipped to store with two different tracking numbers so make sure not to leave before you have both of them. Fits inside of mid size SUV. Takes one person close to 6 hours to assemble. It is better to have two people. Make sure you assemble the rails to the drawers correctly. They need to stick out from the sides or they will not fit into the tracks. If you have a desk top computer the left door is perfect to keep your modem and computer tower. I like the size. It is not overpowering and has plenty of room for the essentials. The sliding keyboard which pulls out at waist level does not put any strain on your wrists. We added a portable, narrow shelf to the top of the desk for our large monitor. It is the perfect desk for a spare room and still space for a bed.

Beautiful looking desk. Highly functional with the drawers, keyboard tray and cabinet. It's also sturdy once it's assembled, but assembly is VERY challenging. Many, many of the predrilled holes were not deep enough and necessitated having to drill them deeper, risking coming through the other side of the particle board (which happened once, unfortunately). The directions were very clear, and all the parts were there, but it took hours to assemble due to the faulty predrilled holes.

Attractive desk, well made, and nice color. The space between the upper desktop and the lower units is limiting and not as high as the picture presents, but a nice nook area to place small things. The one downfall that the picture doesn't call out is the keyboard tray is not centered to the desk and more to the left of the open are where legs are placed. This creates issues if you are right handed and have a keyboard with a 10-key as there is no place for the mouse. I had to purchase an attachable mouse tray to resolve the issue.

My biggest complaint is that it says it’s easy to assemble. This took 2 people upwards of 6 hours.Also it requires Julie strength to tighten some of the screws down unless you have a drill to do it for you. I have blisters all over my hands from the hours of work building it and the legs and metal pole pieces aren’t snug because two people couldn’t tighten it down far enough to a point where then don’t jiggle.Appearance and storage is good though. I’d recommend paying to have this built or waste 6+ hours and all your arm strength building it according to its “easy to assemble” instructions.

the height of the top is about two inches higher than a standard desk height with the adjustable legs fully retracted. This makes the unit usable, but does not line up with other office equipment. Also the computer compartment depth is not long enough to accommodate the length of my computer case and have the door closed. I needed to remove the door to use the unit. The allowable depth of of the computer compartment should have been part of the description of the unit.

The finished product looks nice from the photo, but it is very fragile. It's packed well and the instructions are great, but you don't end up with a solid, one piece desk when you're finished. The tower cabinet and the file drawer cabinet are held together with cams on a small piece in the back. The top is really what keeps it together, and it's connected by cams across the back and three bolts in front. You'd better have it right where you want it when you put the top on, because moving it afterwards is tricky. When I slid it over to one side after it was together, a couple of the bolts in the top cams slipped loose and I couldn't get them back in because it was no longer aligned. I had to take the entire top off and re-do it. I would not recommend, I prefer a solid, one-piece desk.

Excellent piece. Fairly easy to put together. Need a little help on the last section to be fitted. All parts and screws etc. were intact. I am 83 years old and was able to do 95% of putting it together. Just take your time and FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS COMPLETELY BY NUMBER. Do not try to jump ahead of the directions. Everyday use is great.

This product comes in two large boxes of which the instructions are in box two. Everything is wrapped in Styrofoam sheets which the pieces are littered everywhere. The cam locks are a cheaper version than others. They fell out of about half of the holes and were laying in the bottom of the boxes. The cam locks are poorly marked and need to be individually lined up using a probe thru each hole to make sure they are lined up...very time consuming. The Phillips screws are cheap and the slot is very shallow so a standard Phillip screw driver doesn't fit in the hole, you have to use the cheap screw driver they give you.

The desk came in two boxes and nothing was damaged or missing. All of the cam bolts are already in place. Took me 5 hours to put together but I really took my time so I did not have to go back and correct something. Hardest piece was adding the door to the shelving on the left. It’s the angle you are working at. Instructions are well thought out and very easy to follow. I did separate the pieces by the number that was on them. 10 through 19 were together, 20 through 29 etc. ...... storage is ideal, could not be happier.
