Horrible quality
Installed the light earlier today and am regretting this decision. Unfortunately it took forever to install and there is a cost to pulling it down. The led is supposed to be dimmable but it was not for our dimmers - the light was producing a strong pulsating effect which did not get resolved by replacing the dimmable switch (we were hoping the dimmer went bad). In the end we had to take out the dimmable switch and replace it with a regular one which fixed the pulsing but now the light is 0/1. The cord is long which is great but the ceiling cap is so shallow that unused length cannot be tucked in and the cord had to be cut. The shade looks sharp from the distance but from 6 ft away the awful paint job becomes obvious. There is white paint smeared on the black rim, parts of the shade against the rim are missing white paint - it is really quite horrible. And even clean hands leave noticeable fingerprints on the matte surface... Finally, the light does not come w any instructions about replacing the LED module. For that you have to call tech support which is on the west coast and becomes available around 12 pm EDT. The tech support gentleman was very helpful and emailed me the pdf.

Product arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Included LED has a nice, warm color temperature to it but throws off the right amount of light. Style is contemporary but simple. Would pair well with any stainless steel appliance package. High quality. Recommended.
