Highly recommended

The installation was simple as I followed the YouTube video. The Touch on Touch off feature appears to have improved from the Delta T on T off I had install about 12 years ago, which had recently failed to function. The control lever on the faucet body is also better than the previous model which had a separate control lever. Highly recommended.

horrible faucet

barely cleans, finish is spotted and never looks clean ( artic stainless). water stream is anemic at best. The sprayer splits the spray head and does not have enough power to dislodge food from plates, let alone pots and pans. the splash shield stream "feature" is a joke. It further reduces the flow of water and also cannot remove anything from any item that needs to be cleaned. We bought a house that has this installed and I look forward to replacing it with a quality product

Awesome Faucet Except ...

I have owned this faucet for about 6 years. It's GREAT. The only problem is when the batteries die the faucet doesn't work. After all this time I just discovered that it can basically be hard wired (plug). Problem solved. One very cool feature is the light that shows if the water is hot/cold. Through my research no other faucet seems to have that. I love this faucet so much I am purchasing another one for my second home which I am remodeling.

Have used this every day for several years. Zero problems with it. Love the clean lines and the product. I'd buy it again!

It is a DELTA which a terrific brand. It fits right in with all the other DELTA faucets we have.

Poor quality for price

16 months old and spray nozzle won’t retract into the faucet. Extremely disappointing for a $600 price tag.

I absolutely love this faucet. It updated our kitchen and works great. The touch mode to turn on and off is a nice feather.

Beautiful faucet. Unfortunately I have become less enchanted with it due to its water staining. I find myself having to constantly buff it to keep it looking nice. Otherwise works nicely.

This product has not held up as expected and is clearly either poorly designed or poorly constructed. Within the first year, the gooseneck separated from the lower section of the faucet; something that has never happened to any faucet we have ever purchased before. It has been a hassle to deal with Delta on this issue.

Why isn’t it working!?!?

Love the look and idea of this faucet. BUT, we installed in in April, and by October it’s on the fritz consistently and currently won’t turn on at all! The batteries are fine, we can tell the sensor is picking up our touch bc the light comes on/goes off. But no water comes out! For a while we could futz around with the handle and touching different parts of the faucet and it would suddenly work for a while. It’s now pretty much dead AND there’s no way to bypass the touch sensor until we can get it to turn on again!. What a horrific design flaw. We have plenty of water in the pipes but our Delta faucet won’t let us have it. Can’t say I’d recommend this brand to anyone.

Fantastic Faucet

We love this faucet It has a very functional spray head wirh a Shield spray option that keeps you from spraying all over when you’re cleaning pans. Once you go to the on/off touch technology you will never go back. Pricy but worth it!

Great Faucet

This is the second Delta Touch faucet I have had. Really like the touch faucet while cooking with messy hands. Easy to touch and clean.

Nice look

The touch feature is not as wonderful as I thought it would be. Having trouble adjusting to it and wish I would have just had a regular faucet. Husband leaves it on touch, I move it and end up with water on my sleeve, etc. We chose it to match an instant hot faucet. There is not much to choose from if you must have a hot water dispenser. This artic stainless looks good with the In-Sink-Erator FH1020 Sink is 30 inch Ruvati.

This faucet is stunning in style and the touchless mechanism is simply amazing. We are so in love with this faucet that we are contemplating buying five of the same style for our bathrooms. If you want an impressive statement in your kitchen, this gorgeously handsome faucet will not disappoint.
