GREAT rug!!
Exceeded expectations! I love how flat it lays and how it has a clean look. The black border at a modern touch that compliments our transitionL casual style. Very feng shui for a front door entry (circle shape for energy flow). Even my kids who are tough critics said it looks really good!

The Sisal Rug looks nice in the home. My Dad is very pleased with the material and appearance.
Very nice rug. Works for me. It’s medium soft to walk on with bare feet and seem to hold up well by the door as you exit and enter. Very durable I think. Had trouble getting two matching ones in a larger and a smaller size. That was disappointing for me.
Disappointing Incorrect Sized Rug
I ordered an 8' x 8' size sisal rug, which should have be 96" x 96". It is 90" x 91" -- I am very disappointed. The companion rug I bought for the adjoining space was precisely the right size so I don't know what the problem is here.
Wrong size
I bought this rug to replace an old rug. Bought the same size, but it seemed a little smaller. I assumed I had made a mistake in the ordering and we just managed with the rug. My dog had a bad accident and the rug is not salvageable so I am shopping for a new rug and see that what I previously ordered was supposed to be an 8' round. I went to measure and discovered that my 8' round rug wasn't even 7'!! I see another reviewer had the same problem so I will not purchase a Safavieh rug again, especially if I can't count on the return shipping being covered.

This rug did okay. It did not hold up very long for us. Other customers could have a different experience, so unfortunately I can't recommend this product

I ordered a 9x12 rug. It came folded in half and then rolled. The rug has a crease the length of the rug. Will the crease go away or is it permanent? If it's permanent then I would like to return the rug. Is there a customer care email or number to call? I gave it one star until the crease issue is resolved. Without the crease it would have 4 stars.
Good rug for the price!
The rug lays nicely and has a built in rubber backing so it doesn't slip. The edging gives a little pop of contrast which I used to tie in my darker furniture and lighter flooring. The price is good too.
