Sent return junked item with pieces missing. Had thistles stuck to it. Tread bare awful qc . Ruined gift

Received a box that obviously was a customer return. The stroller was damaged when I received it. The handle bar black foam was torn and just looks terrible. Question, why was the box retaped and sent out to another customer? As a result, I will never buy an item from your company again. Poor business sense.

Amazing, it feels very light to carry around and the best part is that my dog feels comfortable

I havent been able to use this yet since the enclosed manual does not adequately explain how to assemble the wheels. I never should have purchased this, CS told me to go look up instructions on Youtube and informed me that I would have to pay shipping and restocking fees if I returned it. Buyers remorse, pls dont make the same mistake.
