Decent quality but lacks oomph for the price paid

Adequate but not fabulous reflecting the changing times

not so great a product

I bought this a week ago at Home Depot and the installation manual on Grohe site was not working and closer examination showed the product 20572GN1 had parts that did not match what was shipped to us by Home Depot. There were no parts connection for 12901 (3/8 inch) and 12902 (1/2 inch) and it was all 3/8 inch flexible braids water supply lines hanging out.

Best in simplicity and design

My new bathroom faucet design is simple , elegant and functional. I am pleased with my choice, especially with the ease of turning the faucets on and off. Only a single finger need be used. A great asset for someone with arthritic hands.

Disappointed

Disappointed - the installer was not able to get the handles to close perpendicular to the spout - so it looks wonky and what's worse they are loose! The handles almost feel like you could pull them up and off like you would for a kitchen stove knob for cleaning purposes ... but not so. They are just loose and not aligned properly.

Defective out of the box

It’s a little too soon to tell you how I like this beautiful German faucet set because my plumbers been here three times trying to install it only to find out that the unit doesn’t work and that the parts that you generously resupplied are wrong and don’t work.

Nice But could be more sturdy, esp gaskets

Looks nice, hoses are thin and unreliable can bend to 180 degrees interrupting water

design flaw

There is a design flaw. There are so many complaints, even grohe's youtube installatioin has comments on the same issue. Handle becomes hard to turn and changing cartridge does not fix the problem. It is impossible to remove the handle as there are no screws. I changed the cartridge but it is still hard to turn and handle is loose, you cannot fix the metal ring under as you apply too much force just to turn on your faucet (sadly). I just cannot understand how you are selling a product which has a design flaw! If it is working fine for now, give it a couple months or a year, you'd be in the same boat. Just stop selling this, I don't want my money back or anything.

steer clear

one of the handle become hard to turn. Then faucet handle itself started to move which is normal since it became hard to turn you need to apply more force. Now, the handle is moving/loose. I tried to tighten it but it is impossible as the washer thing under the sink that is supposed to hold the handle in place is a flimsy plastic and very thin, so you cannot hold it to turn with any kind of tool. 260 dollars down the drain, and it is has been 3 months since I had it installed. bravo!

A timeless faucet!

beautiful finish and function!!! Will look to Grohe again!
