I’m not in love with the recliner.. It isn’t very comfortable and it doesn’t feel stable when I recline.

Doesn't Hold Up

Outer layer wears off where our heads rest against the back. Have to keep screwing in screws in the recliner portion, they twist out over time and the legs are a bit wobbly/uneven. Have had it for 5 years and the outer layer wore off around year 3.

Very Disappointed in this purchase. First, it comes from China. Had I known that, I NEVER would have purchased it. It is very Cheaply made in relation to how much it costs. The legs are weak and will not last. Coleman needs to state CLEARLY that this chair is made in China. When I got the box, it states that in Big letters, Made in China, but not on the website. Very deceptive. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR....!!!

I recently had foot surgery and needed a recliner for the elevation. One of the best purchases I've made. Extremely comfortable, I sleep better in this then my bed!

Quite nice, but not perfect.

Really liked this chair the moment I saw it and subsequently sat in one at a recliner showroom. The general eye appeal and color really won me over, plus the perhaps romantic notion in the name, as I'm a big WWII history fan.It took forever to arrive, like maybe around 4 months, but now it's finally here and I've just begun to break it in. My previous chair was a manual BLgr, similarly upholstered (inherited from my deceased Dad) but with an extension handle.Noticeable is the brevity of cushioning under the calf area which would be a bit uncomfortable were it not for one of the nearly identical-colored cushions I salvaged from the previous recliner which I can now use to augment in that zone.The only other item I've noticed so far is the way, when the recliner is maxed-out horizontally, the position does not hold on its own the way the handled recliner did perhaps using an over-center mechanism. The new one wants to partially return to the upright position, although only perhaps a couple inches. My inclination is like..."Ahhh, fully stretched out now but...arghhhh! Stay maxed out! Don't begin to fold up again!"It's a bit of an annoyance, but I'm thinking that may have something in the innate design due to this new mechanism NOT having the handle for the user to "unstow" from the fully horizontal position. Hmmmm. Less

Disappointed

We purchased two recliners after loving them at NFM as the leather was so soft. After sitting in them for 10 months, the leather on the back and arms has soften. The seat cushion is still stiff and I doubt it will ever soften up. It has an indention in the middle of the seat. It reclines when I am not wanting it to recline, which is frustrating. There is no middle position to recline if you only want to recline half way. There's just one position and it all the way back. I love the look of the chairs but they are not comfortable. Very disappointed in these chairs that I so much wanted to love. Not the quality I was expecting from Barcalounger.

Communication re shipping BAD

Love the recliners. They are everything I expected. The communication and shipping experience not so much.

Have only had this chair for two weeks.

Comfortable & good looking looking in our living room, so far.....Sales Person "Ivan" was very professional and so was NFM, overall.
