These are very dark wood and picture is deceiving.

Just beautiful! These lanterns are NOT small...Perfect for fireplace area, outdoor porch or any area that can handle larger lanterns. Color is darker than shown, more of brown color
Darker than expected.
These were as described except for the color. I was expecting natural light wood as pictured and also stated in the description. They ended up being pretty dark wood. I kept them because they were the exact lantern that I was looking for at a decent price but only gave them 4 stars.
