I recently order 3 of these faucets for our vacation home after purchasing 2 of them for our primary residence 2 years ago. My only complaint is that 2 of the 3 were missing the pull drain and now they are back ordered by more than 90 days.

Hard to Install/Faucet Loose

The faucet was very difficult to install on a pedestal sink. The instructions were not well written. The faucet keeps coming loose and shifting position—I think because of the torque of the hoses attached to it.

Good quality, Bad manual

The quality is good. I really like Hahns Grohe faucets. I recently installed 4 of them and they are minimal and modern, have smooth mechanisms, feel weighty and nice in your hands. But the directions for this are terrible for do it yourselfers like me. I installed the hot and cold knobs backwards because there were no indications in the instruction manual or the units themselves. Really need better technical writing team to match the quality.

One Handsome Faucet

I bought a couple of these faucets for our master bathroom and liked it so much I bought another set for our principle auxiliary bathroom we are also remodeling. This is a water saving model, but you will never notice it because it has an aerator that works beautifully. I had never tried Hansgrohe products till we started remodeling these two bathrooms. I started by ordering with Moen and Pfister and ended returning all shower heads and faucets and buying Hansgrohe (showerheads were just Grohe). Their products have nice engineering & design details that make all the difference.

Beautiful design and very well made. This faucet has weight to it and is not cheaply made. Absolutely pleased with this faucet and I consider it a bargain for the price. Highly recommend

Not the quality expected with Hansgrohe

We did a complete renovation of a home last year and used Hansgrohe Logis faucets at the sinks in the Primary Bath. I am disappointed that they "dribble" after shutoff, rather than cleanly cutting off like every other faucet I have ever used or installed new. I complained to the retailer where we purchased all our plumbing fixtures and replacement parts were sent, but nothing changed when the plumber installed them. We are approaching one year since they were ordered. Does Hansgrohe have a solution to this? I have video, but not YouTube.
