Please fix lid!

I have used this bottle for years and I love it except for one thing - the lid is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. The dishwasher doesn’t get it clean. Hand washing doesn’t get it clean. Taking out the little rubber gasket and scrubbing under it doesn’t get it clean. Somehow, the lid traps water in the rubber part that screws on to the bottle, which you can’t reach with a brush and means it doesn’t dry. So you get MOLD. It’s disgusting. I am considering buying a new lid because I like this bottle but I don’t want to reward a company for its poor design

i own this in cream and pink and i LOVE them, have used them for over 2 years. I have lot of WPs other bottles too. I would love if there was a mint pastel blue color of this!!!! WP has it for their ceramic mug, please make one for this too!!

Ceramic lined bottle

I love the look and quality of my ceramic lined insulated bottle. It keeps my tea hot for a long time and best of all there is no aftertaste in the tea. Very pleased with my order and how quickly it arrived. It was not my first time to purchase and won’t be my last.

Very cute. Exactly what I wanted environmentally

I got the white insulated bottle excited to order 2 more. My partner was trying to get their hands on this cup but I love it. Took it to the beach all day and it kept my drink cool the whole time. The white color looks very sleek

Water Bottle

Looks cute, but save your money. I originally bought for tea but that wasn’t working out well so I just use it as a spare water bottle now. Enamel at the top started chipping after use, not super easy to clean, and somehow retains the smell from other things that have been washed with it.

Love it

I am so happy with this bottle. The taste of coffee stays the same and that was the most important part for me. It also stays hot for a long time.

I absolutely adore this bottle!

This bottle is amazing! I can make a hot drink in the morning, and if I haven't finished it, it is still lovely and warm in the evening. I can make a big bottle of hot tea in the evening, and can sip on it all night. Still warm in the morning!! It is lovely to look at, and the texture makes for a good grip.

Great Insulated Bottle

I purchased the 16 oz. insulated bottle and it works great. It keeps the drinks very hot for many hours, is easy to clean and fun to look at.

Great travel mug... mostly

Keeps drinks hot or cold for a long time, and doesn't leave that weird taste stainless steel does! But for one, don't make the mistake I did and blend your matcha inside. Those tiny blender wands scratch off the ceramic coating.Anyway, the main issue is that, while this is definitely totally leakproof, which is amazing, the lid drips like CRAZY every time you take it off to drink from the cup. I mean it gets everywhere no matter how careful you are. And the lid is hard to clean :/ I would go for the other W&P travel mug with the flatter top instead of the rounded one. Or bring a towel with you everywhere.
