Another Wonderful Safavieh Wool Rug!
We ordered the largest size of this design and it does not disappoint. It looks just like the picture, has a plush feel, and because it is made of wool it will last. We love the color and design in our room. We have many Safavieh rugs and love this newest edition.
Amazing rug and colors
Love these rugs. They are absolutely amazing and last a long time. I wanted to update my rooms and let me tell you hat…. They make such a huge difference. House feels good and new just by adding a rug. I love this brand in particular as they have never disappointed me.

Very pleased!
Beautiful rug and great quality! The rug is plush and comfy to walk on and lays nicely without curling or slipping around. Overall, it's a very functional rug with a crisp design and rich colors. I took the picture with the flash on so the colors all look a touch lighter and cooler than they do in warm lighting.
Quality wool rug with a beautiful color pallette
Bought this beautiful rug in the 9x12 size which was the perfect size for my new home. The wool and thickness of the rug speaks quality. Just moved to the southwest and the colors in the rug are perfect in our home. Picked up some paint samples from Magnolia Home Paint and will house and will choose a. Olof for my walls based on the subtle colors of the rug.
Rug sheds horribly
After purchasing this rug I've learned a lot about wool rugs. This sheds so much because it is hand "tufted" and poor quality wool. My wood floors are constantly covered with little wool fibers. Do yourself a favor, buy only hand "woven" wool rugs!
5 Stars
Beautiful. Thick. Plush. Such a wonderful quality rug. The colors are calming. The pile is high... feels great underfoot. It's thick enough and heavy enough that I do not need a rug pad. It's such a well-made rug I would highly recommend it and I would definitely buy it again. Worth every penny!
Good color but requires lots of vacuuming
The colors on this rug were really what I needed. The problem was that a white powder was constantly on my floor underneath the rug. Found out it is dried glue that is used on the backings. I have never had this experience with these rugs before but it just requires extra vacuuming.
5 Stars
I ordered this rug several years ago. It continues to look like a new rug. The nap is thick enough to tolerate the everyday traffic in my living room. The colors are true to the picture. I do get positive comments from friends who visit. Delivery was fast and rug was very easy to place on the floor. I did buy padding to keep it in place.
I bought a coffee table through Houzz and was really happy with it, so I took a chance and ordered this rug too. Wow, what I received is way nicer than I expected. I expected a sort of mass produced rug like I can buy at Home Depot or Lowes--with a thin olefin or polypropylene pile and exposed back, I mean for $140 I really didn't expect much. What I got was a thick pile densely knotted all wool carpet with a sewn cotton backing and selvaged edges. I unwrapped it and it rolled out flat--no curl at all--I mean this is a heavy, really nice rug. I am very pleasantly surprised. For all of that, it does not in fact look like the one in the picture I ordered--it's a vaguely different pattern, and the main field and edge colors are kind of reversed--you can see in the picture--but the coloring is right for what I wanted, and works in my office. The quality is so much better than I expected that I'll happily put up with the difference, but I gave it 3 stars for "true to description" to be fair to other shoppers. I'll be buying from Houzz again. It got here in 2 days btw and shipping was free. If you can't tell, I'm impressed with this company. Now the big question--should I tell my wife about it?

Quick facts
How do I choose the right size rug for my living room?
Aim for a rug that fits all the main furniture pieces on it or at least the front legs of sofas and chairs to anchor the space.
Can I layer rugs for added texture and interest?
Absolutely, layering rugs can add depth and dimension. Pair a larger, neutral rug with a smaller, patterned rug for the best effect.
What's the best way to clean and maintain my rug?
Vacuum regularly, spot clean spills immediately, and consider professional cleaning for deep stains or at least annually for high-traffic rugs.
How does rug size impact the balance of my living room?
A rug that extends the full length of the sofa can help balance the room. A small rug can make the sofa look disproportionately large.
What should I consider when positioning rugs in relation to doors and furniture?
Ensure the rug doesn't obstruct doorways or get caught on the doors. It should also not interfere with the operation of any cabinets or cupboards that open into the room.
Are there practical tips for maintaining rugs and prolonging their appearance?
Rotate your rugs annually to even out wear and fade, and address spills or flattening promptly to maintain their look and feel. For more substantial size or shape adjustments, consider having rugs cut and edged professionally.
What are some considerations for choosing a rug in relation to the sofa?
Select a rug large enough to cover the area beneath the entire sofa, which helps in unifying the space and balancing the room's proportions.
What is the recommended rug size for a living room with a sectional sofa?
The rug should not be shorter than the length of the sofa and should be wide enough to fit under all pieces of a sectional, or at least allow for the front legs to be on the rug.
Can I use a round rug with a rectangular table?
Generally, it's best to match the shape of the rug with the table. Therefore, avoid pairing a round rug with a rectangular table and vice versa for visual harmony.
