I ordered a rug based on the delivery date bc it was for an event. I called before it was delivered and spoke with a rep at wayfair and was told I could contact fed ex and request they reroute the rug back to wayfair since it would not be delivered on time. Fed ex told me that was incorrect and that the rep told me wrong. I called wayfair again and spoke with a rep who then told me i would have to wait until it was actually delivered (2 days late). She said that I will prob be given pushback but I needed to tell them that I had already called twice and the item was late and they would refund the delivery fee. When I called a third time I was told that there was nothing they could do. I am a returning customer and find this to be fraudulent and a scam by wayfair & just want to return the item that has not been used or opened bc it was delivered after the date it was needed for and should not have to pay shipping for that to happen.

Wool rug

I’m in love with this rug! It is a very well made wool rug. The blue is perfect for a beach look home. I’ve put it in my lake home living room and it has really pulled the room together. You will not be disappointed in the quality of this rug.

Gorgeous, high quality rugs that look perfect on either side of my king size bed in the master bed room. I'm going to order additional colors for other rooms.

Great rug!

This rug adds a striking and coordinated accent, as well as comfort, to our Study. We wanted a size and/or shape that would clear our desk chair - which has a caster base. Going with the circular shape worked perfectly. The quality is great - we can always depend on Safavieh for beautiful and well made rugs..

Mustard Rug

I absolutely love everything about this tug from the color to the quality. It's so plush and feels great on my feet after standing on a concrete floor all day. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful addition to guest bath

I've put this runner in one of my guest bathrooms and it not only looks amazing, it's holding up very well with the traffic as well as use when getting in & out of the shower. I highly recommend this product!

I really like my Safavieh Handmade Cambridge Modern Moroccan Wool Rug. I like the design and it is of a good quality. It's so long and covers my hall area so well. It really upgrade's the look of my home.

Excellent quality rugs no issues with delivery one suggestion UPS should try their best to place items out of sight. Gate lift open do figs can be placed inside but UPS lift in front of gate.

Don't buy large sizes!

I bought a 12' round rug in yellow. Nice color. However, these rugs are not heavy enough to be this large, they constantly get large wrinkles, not just at the edges, but between pieces of furniture that hold it down. It looks good, but needs to be adhered to some sort of backing that allow it to lie flat. It's is a tripping hazard, and I hate it.
